January snack box recap: Matcha macaroons, a basil-infused bar + more

It's easy to get hermit-y in January, but we tried our best to cook bright meals (like this veggie-packed stir fry), walk at least 5,000 steps a day, and stay on top of healthy habits (more on that coming soon!).

We also wanted to introduce exciting new flavours for the new year. Say hello to the snacks in the January box:

Hi Rose – We choose snacks with natural ingredients (non-artifical flavours, colours, preservatives, etc.) and organic when we can (although the box is not 100% organic).

Hi Holly – Most snacks we include are gluten-free, but we don’t have a 100% gluten-free subscription at this time. Visit our GIFTS page to view the Ultimate Snack Drawer Box, which features all vegan and gluten-free products.

Hi Felicia – Our box prices include shipping across Canada, and the snacks we include are small batch and made with high-quality ingredients, which means they cost more for us to source. Shipping in the U.S. is cheaper than here, and there’s also more access to products. If you wanted to subscribe to a U.S. snack box and get it shipped here, you’d find the price comparable. Thanks.

(This comment won’t make it but then it doesn’t look like you’re responding to the questions above anyway.).. Looked this up after hearing about while in the U.S. ($19.00 monthly US) But $28.00 a month for 6 snacks? Are you kidding?!! I can’t imagine how many “subscribers” you would have at these prices. Yikes!
