We know the holidays are a busy time of the year, and we're here to help make gift-giving easy!

I ordered a gift subscription. When will the first box ship? 

Boxes ordered up until Friday, December 11 will ship on Monday, December 14 (you can tell your recipient not to open it until Christmas!). Boxes ordered after December 11 will be delivered in mid-January; our subscription boxes ship by the 15th of every month via Canada Post. 

If your gift box is shipping in January, we've prepared a card you can email or print for your recipient to let them know what their gift is. Email us at hello@munchbetter.ca and we'll send it to you! 

I ordered a gift subscription, but I want the first box to ship in January instead of December. Can I do that? 

Yes. Please specify in the notes section of the checkout that you want the box to ship in January, or email us at hello@munchbetter.ca. Boxes ordered after Friday, December 11 will ship in mid-January. 

I ordered an Ultimate Snack Drawer gift box. When will it ship? 

Our Ultimate Snack Drawer box ships within 1-3 business days of your order. If you'd like it to arrive at a specific time, let us know in the "special notes" section at checkout and we'll do our best to ship it accordingly. Please order by Tuesday, December 15 if you want it to arrive before the 25th! 

I ordered a gift subscription. Will my credit card automatically renew after the subscription ends? 

No - subscriptions found on the GIFTS page are non-renewing, so you won't be charged again. 

Can I include a note in my gift subscription or gift box? 

Yes! Please write your message in the "hand-written note" section of the product page. 

Can I track my package? 

Yep! Once your subscription or gift box is out for delivery, you'll receive a notification from Canada Post with a tracking number.
